TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL RULES
▾ I retain the right to refuse a commission if it’s something I’m uncomfortable with;
▾ You must credit me if you post/re-upload the commissioned artwork;
▾ You may use the commissioned work for personal purposes, commercial use is not allowed;
▾ I may upload commissions to my personal galleries with credit to the original
owner of the characters, so that I can promote my work. If you wish to remain anonymous, please let me know;
▾ Please, take into consideration that I'm drawing your character/s in my art-style, which includes stylization (shapes, forms, colors, etc.) and it may alter some designs to fit the feeling of the artwork.I might make edits to the rules but you'll be notified if there are any and if you're affected by them.
PAYMENT
▾ Full payment before the sketch
▾ Payment method are Ko-Fi/ PayPal (USD)
PROCESS/DEADLINES
▾ Once the idea of your commission is settled, I take full payment upfront (payment plans may be available upon request). After that, I begin working on the idea/sketch, and once it’s approved, I’ll procced to a finished piece. Depending on the type of work, I may come back with Work In Progress (WIP) pieces; at this point I only accept minor corrections to the artwork. Anything major will result in additional costs;
▾ Usually I do not set deadlines for my commissions. I try not to take too long with it as I always aim for quality in my work; deadlines only add stress and force me to rush the finished piece, especially when there’s a queue. That said, I try to work as fast and efficient as I can without compromising the quality. The time I take usually takes around from a one week to two months.
REFUNDS
Refund policy may work different from case to case but general rules are:
▾ Full refund if you cancel commission before I started working;
▾ No refund in case I've already started to work on your commission.In some very rare cases (e.g. emergency that would make me unable to finish your comm) we can discuss partial/full refund options.
